Rastislav Jovic was born on August 28, 1931 in Surdulica, Serbia, Yugoslavia. He was an actor, known for Walter Defends Sarajevo (1972), Kapelski kresovi (1974) and Valter brani Sarajevo (1974). He died on January 2, 1997 in Belgrade, Serbia, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
