Tarusuke Shingaki (ζ°ε£ 樽ε©, Shingaki Tarusuke, June 18, 1976) is a Japanese voice actor from Kumejima, Shimajiri District, Okinawa Prefecture. He is affiliated with Mausu Promotion. His real name and old stage name is Masaaki Shingaki (ζ°ε£ ζ£ζ, Shingaki Masaaki).
